The Company participates in programs to sell certain eligible accounts receivable and payment is received pursuant to a non-recourse sale to a bank partner. These programs effectively reduce the time to collect these receivables as compared to our customers’ standard payment terms. We incur a discount fee to the bank on the payments received that is included as an expense component in miscellaneous expense, net, in the table above.
