1 Other receivables include an escrow receivable of $5.7 million, adjusted for currency translation, recognized in connection with the Company's acquisition of Saxdor. This escrow receivable represents a portion of the cash consideration owed to the Company to settle final consideration payable under the Purchase Agreement after working capital, indebtedness, and closing cash adjustments.
