INSTITUTIONAL MANAGER VOTING REPORT 028-14490 Y This Form N PX is filed by BNP Paribas Asset Management Holding SA ("BNPP AM Holding") on behalf of itself and certain affiliated institutional investment managers (collectively, the "Reporting Managers") within the BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM) group. The Reporting Managers are affiliated persons and, pursuant to the Form N PX instructions, have elected to file a joint report in a single Form N PX. BNPP AM Holding has been designated as the filing entity for purposes of this joint report. The information included herein reflects "say-on-pay" proxy voting activity for all Reporting Managers with respect to securities over which such Reporting Managers had voting power and exercised such voting power during the reporting period. To the extent that multiple Reporting Managers exercised voting power with respect to the same securities, such information is reported only once in accordance with the Form N PX instructions. During the reporting period, certain Reporting Managers operated under the AXA Investment Managers ("AXA IM") organizational structure and were affiliated with AXA IM Holding prior to its absorption into BNP Paribas Asset Management Holding SA as of December 31, 2025. As a result of this transaction, AXA IM Holding and certain affiliated entities ceased to exist as separate reporting entities following the transaction date. BNPP AM Holding is submitting this report, on a joint basis, to include proxy voting activity attributable to such formerly separate AXA IM-affiliated institutional investment managers for the portion of the reporting period during which they existed and exercised voting power. The inclusion of such information is intended to ensure complete reporting for the full reporting period and does not imply that BNPP AM Holding exercised voting power with respect to such securities prior to the effectiveness of the transaction, except to the extent expressly indicated. Proxy voting information reported herein has been attributed to the relevant Reporting Manager(s) that had and exercised voting power with respect to the applicable securities at the time of the vote. Voting authority during the reporting period may have resided with different affiliated entities, including entities formerly within the AXA IM group prior to their integration into BNPP AM.
