| Subsequent Events | Subsequent EventsOn August 26, 2026, the Company completed its acquisition of Permiso Security Inc. (“Permiso”). The acquisition of Permiso, a cloud-native identity security platform that detects and mitigates threats across human, non-human, and agentic identities in multi-cloud environments, is expected to help broaden the Company’s identity threat detection and response capabilities. The Company is currently evaluating the measurement of consideration transferred and post-combination costs. |
