Effective September 2, 2025, the Company changed its name from "Goldshore Resources Inc." to "Gold X2 Mining Inc." and changed its trading symbol on the TSXV to “AUXX”.

 

The new CUSIP for the Company's common shares is 38076G103 and the new ISIN number is CA38076G1037. The Company’s common shares began trading under the Company’s new name and ticker symbol at the opening of trading on September 4, 2025.
