[1] Includes an aggregate of up to 1,250,000 Class B ordinary shares subject to forfeiture by the holders thereof depending on the extent to which the underwriters’ over-allotment option was exercised. On June 17, 2026, the Company issued an additional 1,916,666 founder shares for no consideration pursuant to the Second Amended and Restated Securities Subscription Agreement, resulting in the Sponsor holding an aggregate of 9,583,333 founder shares. All share and per share information has been retrospectively presented.
[2] On July 20, 2026, the underwriters partially exercised their over-allotment option in the amount of 1,000,000 Units and the unexercised balance of 2,750,000 Units remains open. As a result of the partial exercise of the over-allotment option by the underwriters, 333,333 founder shares are no longer subject to forfeiture and 916,667 founder shares remain subject to forfeiture (Note 5).
