[1] Net sales for fiscal 2026 includes (i) lower volumes in the Brazil and Asia Segments and (ii) a lower-priced sales mix and lower sales volume in the Americas Segment.

[5] Net loss for our domestic operations for all fiscal quarters of fiscal 2026 includes the adverse pressures on gross profit primarily due to continued volatility from uncertainty over ongoing geopolitical event, global trade policies and competition from lower-priced products.
[6] Net (loss) income for our domestic operations for all fiscal quarters of fiscal 2025 includes the adverse pressures on gross profit (loss) which included transition costs. In the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, UNIFI recorded a gain of $35,807 related the sale of a manufacturing facility.
