As of July 26, 2026 and January 25, 2026, the effective interest rate was a weighted-average rate that represented (a) interest on the remaining debt under the 2027 Notes outstanding at a fixed rate of 1.625%, and (b) interest on the 2030 Notes outstanding at a fixed rate of 0%.
