| Subsequent Event | Subsequent Event On August 13, 2026, the Company entered into a definitive agreement to sell its cellular module business to Compal Electronics, Inc. for approximately $62.0 million in an all-cash transaction, subject to customary adjustments. The transaction remains subject to the satisfaction or waiver of customary closing conditions, including but not limited to receipt of certain regulatory approvals.
