Explanatory Note

This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K dated August 12, 2026, which was filed on August 14, 2026 and assigned SEC Accession No. 0001539497-26-002258 (the “Subject 8-K”). The purpose of this amendment is to make clerical and other minor revisions to the agreement filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the Subject 8-K. No other changes are being made to the Subject 8-K.

Accordingly, Exhibit 4.1 of the Subject 8-K, which contained the pooling and servicing agreement, dated and effective as of August 1, 2026, between Banc of America Merrill Lynch Commercial Mortgage Inc., as depositor, Trimont LLC, as master servicer, Argentic Services Company LP, as special servicer, Computershare Trust Company, National Association, as certificate administrator, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee, and Park Bridge Lender Services LLC, as operating advisor and as asset representations reviewer (the “MSBAM 2026-C36 PSA”), is hereby amended and restated in its entirety by the corrected version of the MSBAM 2026-C36 PSA attached hereto as Exhibit 4.1.
