As of June 30, 2026, U.S. Federal operating loss carryforwards totaled $27.8 million; there is no expiration date. Prepaid federal income taxes of $4.2 million and $0.1 million were included in Other Current Assets at June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively. Prepaid state and local income taxes of $0.8 million and $0.6 million were included in Other Current Assets at June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively.
