The Company evaluates, as of each reporting period, events or transactions that occur after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements are issued for either disclosure or adjustment to the Company’s financial results. There have been no events subsequent to June 30, 2026, which would require recognition in the Financial Statements or Notes to the Financial Statements.
