The Company uses a parts supplier whose founder and president was a director of the Company through November 12, 2021. The former director has remained a beneficial owner of greater than 5% of the Company’s outstanding common stock through June 30, 2026. The Company made payments to the supplier of $2,265,000 and $1,377,000 during fiscal years 2026 and 2025, respectively. Amounts due to the supplier were $375,000 and $508,000 on June 30, 2026, and June 30, 2025, respectively, which were included in accounts payable and other accrued liabilities on the Balance Sheets.
