Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 25, 2026, Arcturus Therapeutics Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company” or “Arcturus”) will present a poster (the “Presentation”) titled “Impact of ARCT-810 mRNA Therapy on Dietary Intake and Biochemical Data in Adolescents and Adults with Ornithine Transcarbamylase Deficiency” at the 2026 Annual Symposium of the Society for the Study of Inborn Errors of Metabolism, to be held in Helsinki, Finland. Additional data and the regulatory plan for this program is expected to be communicated later this quarter.
A copy of the Presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
