On August 21, 2026, the Board of Directors of CCH Holdings Ltd (the “Company”) approved and adopted the CCH Holdings Ltd 2026 Second Equity Incentive Plan (the “2026 Second Plan”), which became effective on August 21, 2026.
Under the 2026 Second Plan, the compensation committee of the Board of Directors is authorized to deliver an aggregate of 3,768,745 Class A ordinary shares, par value US$0.0001 per share, of the Company.
Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 6-K is the 2026 Second Plan.
