RECENT DEVELOPMENTS

This Supplement is being filed to update, amend and supplement the information in the Offering Circular as follows.

On July 13, 2026, Wellstreet Realty, Inc., a Georgia corporation, filed a Certificate of Amendment with the Georgia Secretary of State changing its name from Worthy Realty, Inc. to Wellstreet Realty, Inc.

We have attached to this Supplement the Form 1-U Current Report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 14, 2026, with respect to the name change, which includes as an exhibit the filed Certificate of Amendment.

Any statement contained in the Offering Circular shall be deemed to be modified or superseded to the extent that information in this Supplement modifies or supersedes such statement.
