| Related Party Transaction | NOTE 12 – Related Party Transaction In March 2024, the Company's President and Chairman sold 2,000,000 shares of our common stock as a selling stockholder in an underwritten secondary public offering at a public offering price of $40.75 per share. In connection with such offering, the selling stockholder granted the underwriters an option to purchase additional shares (the “Greenshoe Option”) up to an additional 300,000 shares of their common stock. On April 8, 2024, the underwriters exercised the Greenshoe Option, pursuant to which the selling stockholder sold an additional 50,000 shares. The Company did not sell any shares in the offering and received no proceeds from the offerings. The Company incurred $407,000 in offering expenses, which is included in Selling, General and Administrative expenses in the consolidation statement of income for the year ended June 30, 2024. |
