Except as disclosed below, the Company has evaluated all transactions and events after the balance sheet date and has determined that no additional disclosures are required.
On June 30, 2026, ModuLink Inc. (the “Company” or “ModuLink”) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) approved the appointment of Dr. Wah Shing Lam ("Dr. Lam"), age 31, as an Executive Director of the Company, effective July 1, 2026. Dr. Lam currently serves as the Company's Chief Technology Officer and will continue in that role following his appointment to the Board. As Chief Technology Officer, Dr. Lam is responsible for the Company's technology strategy, research and development initiatives, and the integration of artificial intelligence, robotics and automation technologies across the Company's business.
