| RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS AND CERTAIN OTHER TRANSACTIONS | RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS AND CERTAIN OTHER TRANSACTIONS Mr. Robert J. Pera, our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, is the controlling owner of the Memphis Grizzlies, a team in the National Basketball Association (the “Grizzlies”). From time to time, the Grizzlies purchase our products through our webstore, on terms no less favorable than terms generally available to an unaffiliated third party under the same or similar circumstances. During fiscal 2026, we received approximately $467,000 from sales to the Grizzlies, inclusive of sales tax and shipping charges. Additionally, from time to time, the Grizzlies may participate in our product testing and marketing activities.
