Appointment of Fernando Matzkin as Chief Operating Officer

On August 20, 2026, Globant S.A. (the “Company”) appointed Fernando Matzkin as its Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Matzkin served as the Company’s Chief Revenue Officer from July 2025 through the date of his appointment as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Matzkin joined the Company in 2009 and has served in various roles of increasing responsibility, including as Chief Business Officer and General Manager for Europe from 2022 to July 2025; Chief Business Officer for North America from 2020 to 2022; and General Manager for the U.S. East Region from 2019 to 2020. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Matzkin held various positions at Volkswagen Argentina, Telefónica de Argentina, Oracle, Disco Ahold and Soft Office. Mr. Matzkin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, both from the University of Buenos Aires.
