On August 20, 2026, AIR Global PLC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2026 (the “H1 results”), a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. On the same date, the Company published a presentation in respect of its H1 results, a Shareholder Letter, as well as its unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements for the six-month period ended June 30, 2026, copies of which are furnished hereto as 99.2, 99.3 and 99.4 respectively.
