On August 20, 2026, Integrated BioPharma, Inc. (the "Company") and Manhattan Drug Company, Inc. ("MDC"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, issued a press release announcing the appointment of Michael Richtmyer as Head of Operations of MDC.
