| Subsequent Events | Note 15 - Subsequent Events
The Company has evaluated its operations subsequent to June 30, 2026 to the date these unaudited consolidated financial statements were available to be issued and determined the following subsequent events and transactions required disclosure in these consolidated financial statements.
On July 15, 2026, Patrick Bertagna’s employment agreement as the Company’s Interim Chief Executive Officer expired, and Mr. Bertagna concurrently resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors. Prior to his resignation, Mr. Bertagna appointed Minh Collins, President of Cube X Media Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, to serve as a director of the Company and as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, effective July 16, 2026. Mr. Bertagna’s departure was not the result of any disagreement with the Company regarding its operations, policies, or practices. |
