Upcoming Expiration of ReNew Energy Global plc Warrants (Nasdaq: RNWWW)

 

Gurugram, India; August 19, 2026: ReNew Energy Global plc ("ReNew" or the "Company") announces that its warrants (Nasdaq: RNWWW) are scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on August 22, 2026, pursuant to the terms of the Warrant Agreement dated August 23, 2021. The Company does not intend to extend the term of the warrants.

 

No Broker Protect Period (Guarantee of Delivery Period) has been established in connection with the expiration of the warrants. Accordingly, trading in RNWWW will be suspended as of the close of business on August 21, 2026, being the trading day immediately preceding the expiration date, and thereafter the warrants will be delisted from Nasdaq.

 

Any warrants that are not exercised prior to the expiration time will expire in accordance with their terms and will cease to have any further rights or value.
