| Subsequent Events | 15. Subsequent Events Issuance of Common Stock The Company has evaluated subsequent events through August 19, 2026, the date the financial statements were issued. As of August 19, 2026, 311,089 shares of common stock were issued after June 30, 2026, the balance sheet date. Manufacturing and Supply Agreement with Alivus On July 9, 2026, Napo entered into a new manufacturing and supply agreement with Alivus. Pursuant to the agreement, Alivus will continue to serve as the manufacturer of crofelemer for use in Mytesi and other crofelemer-based products. The agreement requires Napo to purchase minimum quantities of crofelemer, and the Company may be obligated to pay for any shortfall. The term of the agreement expires on March 31, 2029, with options for successive two-year renewal terms by mutual agreement. |
