AMENDMENT TO MASTER CUSTODIAN AGREEMENT
This Amendment, effective as of August 5, 2026 (the 
Amendment
), is entered into by and between each management company identified on Appendix A 
Fund
including, if applicable, each series of a Fund identified on Appendix A of the Agreement, and STATE STREET BANK AND TRUST COMPANY 
Custodian
WHEREAS, the Custodian and the Customer entered into a Master Custody Agreement dated as of June 1, 2018 
Agreement
WHEREAS, the parties hereto wish to amend the Agreement as set forth below.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual agreements herein contained, the parties agree as follows:
1.
The first sentence of Section 3.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
Securities System in compliance with the conditions of Rule 17f-4 under the 1940 Act; provided, however, for clarity that this sentence shall only apply if the Fund, or in the case of wholly-owned Fund subsidiaries, the parent Fund,

Section 4.2 of the Agreement shall be amended by inserting the following sentence immediately 
THE CUSTODIAN AS FOREIGN CUSTODY MANAGER
The provisions of this Section 4.2 shall only apply if the Fund or in the case of wholly-owned Fund subsidiaries, the parent Fund, is registered under the 1940 Act and engages in foreign investment transactions under Rule 17f-
3.
Section 4.3 of the Agreement shall be amended by inserting the following sentence at the end thereof:
"For purposes of clarity this section only applies if the Fund is registered under the 1940 Act." or in the case of wholly-owned Fund subsidiaries, the parent Fund,

The Agreement and its Appendix A (which revised version is attached) are amended to reflect the addition of the following Funds to the Agreement:
Invesco Private Markets Total Allocation Fund**

Each Fund hereby confirms, as of the date set forth above, its representations and warranties set forth in Section 20.7.1 of the Agreement.

The Custodian and each Fund hereby agree to be bound by all of the terms, provisions, covenants, and obligations set forth in the Agreement.

Except as specifically amended hereby, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
8.
This Amendment may be executed in several counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, and all such counterparts taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Counterparts may be executed in either original or electronically transmitted form (e.g., faxes or emailed portable document format (PDF) form), and the parties hereby adopt as original any signatures received via electronically transmitted form.
