| SEGMENT INFORMATION | NOTE 11 – SEGMENT INFORMATION
The Company operates as a single reportable segment. The Company’s chief operating decision maker (“CODM”) is its Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer. The CODM evaluates the Company’s operations and allocates resources based on consolidated financial information.
The Company’s revenues are derived primarily from consulting, training and educational services related to blockchain technology. The accounting polices of the reportable segment are the same as those described in Note 2.
The measure of segment performance reviewed by the CODM is the net loss. Significant information including significant segment expenses reviewed by the CODM include salaries & wages, professional fees and other G&A expenses as follows.
