BUSINESS ACTIVITY	NOTE A—BUSINESS ACTIVITY AppSoft Technologies (“AppSoft” or the “Company”) was organized under the laws of the State of Nevada March 24, 2015. The Company’s fiscal year-end is December 31^st. Historically, AppSoft has developed games/mobile apps and published an as Esports/E-gaming platforms, but has suspended those operations as it endeavors to raise capital to fund its operations.
