| Segment Information | Note 4 Segment Information
The Company is engaged as a mineral processing plant in China. The Company has identified the Chief Executive Officer of the Company as the CODM, who uses expenses to evaluate the business, predominantly in the cash forecasting process, to make resource allocation decisions at the entity level. The Company's operations constitute a single operating segment and therefore, a single reportable segment, because the CODM manages the business activities using information of the Company as a whole. As a result, no disaggregated segment information is presented. The accounting policies used to measure the profit and loss of the segment are the same as those described in the summary of significant accounting policies.
