| Subsequent Event | NOTE 18 — SUBSEQUENT EVENT On July 15, 2026, our Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $1.05 per share and a regular annual cash dividend of $0.95 per share on all issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock and Class A Stock of the Company (the “August 2026 Dividends”). The August 2026 Dividends will be paid on September 9, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 17, 2026. |
