| Cash Dividends | NOTE 12 — CASH DIVIDENDS Our Board of Directors declared and we paid the following cash dividends in fiscal 2026 and fiscal 2025:
(a) The dividends declared on July 17, 2024 and July 15, 2025 include both the annual and special dividend. On July 15, 2026, our Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $1.05 per share and a regular annual cash dividend of $0.95 per share on all issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock and Class A Stock of the Company. Refer to Note 18 — “Subsequent Event” below. |
