| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events On August 18, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a cash dividend of $1.10 per outstanding share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 15, 2026 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2026 and is expected to total approximately $533.0 million.
