| Retirement Benefits | Note 10: Retirement Plans The U.S. maintains a 401(k) plan for qualified employees. The plan covers substantially all U.S.-based full-time employees of the Company who meet certain age and length of service requirements. There is no requirement for the Company to match employee contributions to the plan. The Company did not contribute to the plan during the six months ended June 30, 2026. The Company’s European subsidiaries participate in government-mandated social security programs in the jurisdictions in which they operate. The plans cover all employees of the European subsidiaries and function on a “pay-as-you-go” basis whereby contributions are made by the employer and the employee. These programs are administered by the government authorities and do not create any future payment obligations beyond the Company’s required contribution amounts as they become due. The Company recorded total statutory social security contributions in “cost of revenue” on the accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive loss of $21,069 and $0 for the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively and $43,780 and $0 for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively. The Company recorded total statutory social security contributions in “selling, general and administrative” on the accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive loss of $433,404 and $0 for the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively and $869,253 and $0 for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively.
