NOTE 17 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

On July 8, 2026 the Company issued 8,792,188 shares of common stock for a total consideration of $41,815.05.

On July 21, 2026 the Company issued 5,188,589 shares of common stock for a total consideration of $24,272.04.

On August 3, 2026 the Company issued 3,583,045 shares of common stock for a total consideration of $13,967.80.

On July 13, 2026, the Company formed DarkPulse Aero LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which is now a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, in connection with the Company’s expansion into the Aerospace & Defense industry.

On August 5, 2026 the Company entered into a Promissory and Loan agreement for a total of $1,400,000 with interest accruing at 8% per annum and a maturity date of October 1, 2026. The proceeds are to be used in the connection with the acquisition of Aero Precision, LLC.

On August 5, 2026 the Company entered into a Promissory and Loan agreement for a total of $1,100,000 with interest accruing at 8% per annum and a maturity date of October 1, 2026. The proceeds are to be used in the connection with the acquisition of Aero Precision, LLC.

On August 5, 2026 the Company entered into a Promissory and Loan agreement for a total of $100,000 with interest accruing at 8% per annum and a maturity date of October 1, 2026. The proceeds are to be used in the connection with the acquisition of Aero Precision,

LLC.
