The Company has evaluated subsequent events through August 13, 2026, the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
In August 2026, we relocated our principal executive office, at which minimal operations are conducted and which we do not own or lease, to 405 Lexington Avenue, 59th floor, New York, New York.
Management believes that the continued financial support from Arena demonstrates the shareholder’s commitment and provides the Company with sufficient liquidity to continue operations for the foreseeable future.
Other than the above, management has determined that there are no other subsequent events. |
