NOTE 16 – SEGMENTED INFORMATION The Company operates as a single reportable segment focused on the development and operation of its gold-silver project in Mexico, The Company’s Chief Executive Officer ("CEO”) serves as the Chief Operating Decision Maker (“CODM”). The CODM uses consolidated net income (loss) as the measure of segment performance and for purposes of resource allocation. Segment assets are reported on the consolidated balance sheet as total consolidated assets.
