| Shareholders' Equity | Shareholders’ Equity PREFERRED STOCK The Company is authorized to issue 1,000 shares of preferred stock with a par value of $0.01 per share. SHELF REGISTRATION STATEMENT On October 4, 2023, the Company filed a shelf registration statement on Form S-3ASR with the SEC. The shelf registration statement, which was effective upon filing with the SEC, registered each of the following securities: debt securities; preferred stock; common stock; warrants; and units. The Company has an unlimited amount available under the shelf registration statement.
