(3) Net realized and unrealized gains and losses per unit in this caption are balancing amounts necessary to reconcile the change in net asset value (“NAV”) per share for the period, and may not reconcile with the aggregate gains and losses in the Consolidated Statements of Operations due to unit transactions during the period.
(4) The per unit data for distributions is the actual amount of distributions paid or payable per common unit outstanding during the entire period.
(5) Total return based on NAV is calculated as the change in NAV per unit during the respective periods, assuming dividends and distributions, if any, are reinvested in accordance with the Fund’s dividend reinvestment plan.
