Item 7.01 – Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 17, 2026, management of Vulcan Infrastructure and Power Inc. (the “Company”) intends to begin using an investor presentation (the “Investor Presentation”) in connection with meetings and discussions with sell-side analysts and institutional investors. The Company also intends to post the Investor Presentation to the Company’s website. A copy of the Investor Presentation is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
August 17, 2026, the Company also issued a press release announcing the availability of the Investor Presentation. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
