Shared Services
Tony Isaac, the Company’s President, is the father of Jon Isaac, President and Chief Executive Officer of Live Ventures and managing member of Isaac Capital Group LLC (“ICG”). Tony Isaac is a member of the Board of Directors of Live Ventures. The Company also shares certain executive, accounting and legal services with Live Ventures. The total services shared were approximately $30,000 and $30,000 for the 13 weeks ended June 27, 2026 and June 28, 2025, respectively, and $60,000 and $58,000 for the 26 weeks ended June 27, 2026 and June 28, 2025, respectively. ALT5 rents approximately 9,900 square feet of office space from Live Ventures in Las Vegas, Nevada.
