The following table details the Company’s goodwill as of June 27, 2026 and December 27, 2025 (in $000’s):
The Company accounts for purchased goodwill and intangible assets in accordance with ASC 350, Intangibles—Goodwill and Other. Goodwill recognized during the 39 weeks ended September 27, 2025 was approximately $8.4 million, and was due to the acquisition of Mswipe (see Note 3).
