On August 17, 2026, Serve Robotics Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Item 8.01. Other Events.
As previously disclosed in its earnings release for the second quarter of 2026, the Company experienced lower than expected delivery volume through the Company’s Uber Eats partnership, which contributed to a decline in revenue reflected in second quarter of 2026 results, and the Company expects reduced demand in the second half of 2026.
