Jason Remillard is our president and Chief Executive Officer and the sole director. Through his ownership of Series A Preferred Shares, Mr. Remillard has voting control over all matters to be submitted to a vote of our shareholders.
During the six months ended June 30, 2026, the Company borrowed $-0- from our CEO, our CEO paid operating expenses of $147,181 on behalf of the Company and the Company repaid $131,793 to our CEO.
As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, we had due to related party transactions in the amounts of $152,346 and $141,958, respectively.
