Streeterville is a principal stockholder of the Company and the sole holder of the Company's Series B Preferred Stock. Avondale Capital LLC (“Avondale”) is an affiliate of Streeterville. Both entities are considered related parties of the Company. During the six months ended June 30, 2026, the Company entered into notes purchase agreements and related guarantees (see Note 7) and a series of Series B Preferred Stock exchange agreements (see Note 8) with Streeterville. As of June 30, 2026, the Company has an outstanding balance of notes payable due to Avondale and Streeterville (see Note 7). |
