SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 8: SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Management has evaluated subsequent events for recognition and disclosure through August 14, 2026, which is the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Following completion of the Company's core processing system conversion in July 2026, certain remaining conversion-related service fees totaling approximately $68,000 were incurred and paid. These amounts primarily consisted of July 2026 processing services and temporary post-conversion system access provided by the former core processing vendor. These costs were included in Other assets at June 30, 2026 and were recognized as expense during the third quarter of 2026 as the related services were received. No other material subsequent events requiring recognition or disclosure were identified.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
