NOTE K – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

On July 29, 2026, the Board of Directors appointed Carlos Septién as Chief Operating Officer, Michelle Cervantes Vivanco as Chief Financial Officer, and Ernesto Gómez Berjón as Chief Growth Officer. Mr. Septién, Ms. Cervantes Vivanco and Mr. Gómez Berjón were also appointed as members of the Company’s Board of Directors. Porfirio Sanchez Talavera continues to serve as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board of Directors and a director.

Also on July 29, 2026, the Company filed Articles of Amendment with the Florida Secretary of State changing its corporate name from The Greater Cannabis Company, Inc. to Trafalgar International, Inc. The Company has submitted the related corporate action to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) for processing. Pending completion of the FINRA corporate action, the Company’s common stock continues to trade under the symbol “GCAN.”
