6.Commitments and Contingencies Commitments The Fund may enter into commitments to fund investments. As of June 30, 2026, the Adviser believed that the Fund had adequate financial resources to satisfy its unfunded commitments. Since these commitments and the associated amounts may expire without being drawn upon, the total commitment amount does not necessarily represent a future cash requirement. Contingencies In the normal course of business, the Fund enters into contracts that provide a variety of general indemnifications. Any exposure to the Fund under these arrangements could involve future claims that may be made against the Fund. Currently, no such claims exist or are expected to arise and, accordingly, the Fund has not accrued any liability in connection with such indemnifications. As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the cumulative amount subject to recoupment by the Adviser under the Expense Support Agreement amounts to $6,767,576 and $6,338,120, respectively.
