There was gain on settlement of accounts payable recognized for the three or six months ended June 30, 2026, or for the three months ended June 30, 2025. During the six months ended June 30, 2025, the Company settled an outstanding accounts payable balance with a law firm that provided legal services to the Company between 2017 and 2020. The settlement resulted in a reduction of the payable balance of $127,579, and the amount settled was recognized as other income on the Company’s statements of operations for that period. That settlement occurred during the three months ended March 31, 2025.
