SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 16– SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated subsequent events that occurred after July 1, 2026 through August 14, 2026, the date of these consolidated financial statements were available to be issued, and noted no additional events requiring recognition for disclosure, except as identified below. On August 6, 2026, the Company dissolved Volato Merger Subsidiary, Inc., which was an inactive subsidiary that had been formed solely in connection with the Merger Agreement with M2i. On August 6, 2026, the Company formed Modern Aero Charter, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Parslee, LLC.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
