NOTE 4 – PREPAID EXPENSES AND OTHER CURRENT ASSETS

Prepaid expenses and other current assets was $0.8 million as of June 30, 2026, consisting primarily of $0.5 million of prepaid directors and officers insurance and $0.1 million of prepaid software costs. The remaining balance consisted of other miscellaneous prepaid expenses and current assets.
